# All-Weather Program

Kelly Klosure Systems
A Gang Spreader developed to reduce costly manual labor moves when installing all-weather fiber glass enclosures at construction sites has been announced by Kelly Klosure Systems.

The new E-Z Move Spreader attaches to 12' x 12' x 28' sections of Kelly Klosures for easy boom placement wherever protection is needed on a construction job.

The E-Z Move was developed especially for use with Kelly Klosures the wind resistant plastic and steel enclosures designed to offer summer-time work conditions even in inclement weather. Kelly Klosures are manufactured in standard size panels of 4' x 12'. Practically any width, length or height can be obtained by simply joining the steel frames with handy installation locking keys.

# All-weather Forklift
Planning for a three-level construction project by a Vineland (N. J.) residential and commercial building and mason contractor has resulted in job-site capabilities he hadn't anticipated.

Frank Bergamo, Jr., had been using a 21-foot forklift in his contracting business. But last fall, contemplating a three-story, 104-unit apartment complex assignment, he considered the purchase of a unit which would provide greater lifting power to greater heights. To Mr. Bergamo this meant buying a unit capable of maneuvering very heavy materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, bricks, and a full mortar hopper up to heights of 28 feet during rough winter and spring weather.

His search for such a unit was short-lived. He learned that a new unit, manufactured by White Construction Co., 540 Frontage Rd., Northfield, III. 60093, was available to solve the lifting, moving and job scheduling problems important to builders.

The all-new WCE 4-78 fork-lift, with a lifting capacity of 5,000 lbs. to 28 ft., came complete with all the accessories Mr. Bergamo felt would be helpful to him (crane boom, scraper blade, hydraulic bucket and 48° pallet tines).

"Quite frankly, I thought I might have to shut this job down when the weather really closed in on us in early February," Mr. Bergamo said. "But this unit has never quit. We've used it every day, and we're right on our schedule. The 4-78 has become a very important part of our business, and we think we can eliminate weather delays from our job completion estimates from now on."

# EUCO Winter Admixture
Once again this winter season, EUCO Winter Admixture, the original material of its kind, is keeping thousands of masonry construction projects moving on schedule.

A liquid material, it contains a patented rust inhibitor, Jatol, which helps protect all metal surfaces that come in contact with mortar. EUCO has been used by most major mason contractors for the last 40 years. It is available and in stock at building suppliers throughout the Mountinfo.

More information is available from The Euclid Chemical Co., 19218 Redwood Rd., Cleveland, Ohio 44110.

# Superior Mortar Set
Superior "289" Mortar Set minimizes the danger of frozen mortar. Cold weather masonry conditions are greatly benefited by the usage of this additive. It not only increases productivity and workability of mortar but it accelerates high early strength and decreases cold weather placement costs.

A non-calcium liquid solution, it will not stain or discolor mortar or brick, and it affords an economical way to control lossage against cold weather conditions.

Additional data may be secured from Superior Manufacturing Corp., P.O. Box 2055, Desoto Station, Memphis, Tenn. 38102.

# Blackwell Radiant Heater
Blackwell Burner Company announces the introduction of its all new Infra-Red Radiant Heater. Unusually clean and quiet this 35,000 B.T.U. Heater is great for heating men, materials, and livestock in uncovered buildings or other open areas.
