In addition to the fine programs at both meetings, over $400 in literature was distributed among those attending. U.M.A. hopes to continue with many more fine programs for the masonry industry in order to constantly keep the local architectural profession well informed on latest construction methods. J. James Murphy, Executive Director already has plans for future programs.

Koehring Sales Award
Jack Nordengren, sales manager for industrial products at PCM Division of Koehring. Port Washington, Wis., has been named the winner of the president's pin for sales excellence in 1970 by H. P. Mueller, Jr., Division president and general manager.
Nordengren, who accepted the award at the Division's recent annual sales conference, surpassed his budgeted dollar sales volume by almost 20%, cut his operating expenses to 81% of budget, increased market penetration in the glass and refractories industries.
