Executives' Data Book
A unique all-in-one record book to centralize all key personal financial affairs data for business and professional executives and generally for every person owning assets, investments, insurance, and property has been introduced by DAY-TIMERS, Inc., Allentown, Pa.

Called MYFAR (short for "My Financial Affairs Record"), expert reviewers of this new looseleaf record describe it as the most comprehensive book of its kind ever published. The Allentown firm, specializing in personal desk and pocket diaries (Lawyer's Day, Accountant's Day, Day-Timer, Weekly Day-Timer and Pocket Day-Timer) and other executive memo aids for two decades, devoted a year to designing and testing MYFAR.

In 33 tab-indexed sections, comprising 448 pages, there are helpful instructions and carefully designed forms covering the entire range of real and personal property, insurance, investments, assets, income, liabilities and financial affairs generally. Not a bookkeeping system, MYFAR is a simplified, central sourcebook for keeping key information. Some examples include:

Record of stocks and securities and other assets and location of each. Data on life, health, accident, disability, hospital and general property insurance policies, pension plans and the like. Accounts and notes receivable and payable... Taxable and nontaxable income and expenses. Banks where deposits have been made. Contents of safe deposit boxes. Name and address of one's lawyer, accountant, banker, investment broker, insurance agent, executor and trustee, location of will, cemetery plot and many other items in the Record of Important Facts & Data Section. Inventory of household and other property, and contents, invaluable for proving insurance claims.

Easy posting of data, ample room for a continuing record, and for special entries make MYFAR easy to use. It is available on a 30-day free inspection basis with an absolute guarantee of satisfaction from Day-Timers, Inc., Allentown, Pa. 18001, in a variety of 7-ring binders, $14.95 (for heavy duty black binder), $15.65 (for black morocco simulated leather), and $18.65 (for padded split cowhide leather in black, British Tan). A security lock is optional for an additional $2.00 on all models except the heavy duty binder.
