MCAA Industry Tour of Hawaii
A small group of 114 persons journeyed to the beautiful state of Hawaii immediately following the Las Vegas Convention. They pause here in the court yard of the Reef Hotel, Honolulu, just before departing for the Business Session and Aloha Reception held at the Natsunoya Tea House on Wednesday, March 6th. Richard Watanabe, President of the Mason Contractors Association of Hawaii, welcomed the members while Charles Miyata presented "Masonry In Hawaii" and George Ishida discussed "Masonry Promotion in Hawaii". The tour began on the island of Kauai and then a short stay on Maui before going on to Honolulu.
Felker Offers Masonry Saw Repair Service
Felker Operations/Dresser Industries, Inc. has announced a new service for rebuilding repairable spindle housing assembles in its line of Mason-Mate masonry saws.
The rebuilding will be done at Felker's plant located at 1900 S. Crenshaw Blvd., Torrance, Calif. 90509, for a fixed charge of $39.75 (FOB Torrance).
