**MCAA Announces New Workforce Development Initiative**

**MCAA Announces 2024 Masonry Skills Challenge at World of Concrete**

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) is excited to announce the 2024 Masonry Skills Challenge, which will be held at World of Concrete in Las Vegas, Nevada. This exciting competition will showcase the skills and talents of the top masonry apprentices from across the country.

Apprentices will compete in a timed event, constructing a masonry project based on blueprints. Their work will be judged on accuracy, craftsmanship, and speed. The top finishers will receive prizes and recognition.

"The Masonry Skills Challenge is a great opportunity for apprentices to demonstrate their abilities and network with industry professionals," said MCAA Director of Workforce Development, Todd Dailey. "We encourage all masonry apprentices to participate."

The 2024 Masonry Skills Challenge will be held on January 23-25, 2024, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Registration is now open.

**MCAA Supports Infrastructure Investment**

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) strongly supports increased investment in infrastructure. MCAA believes that investing in infrastructure is essential for economic growth and job creation.
