# New MCAA Jurisdictional Disputes Manual
MCAA has just released the third edition of its MCAA Jurisdictional Disputes Manual. Totally revised and updated, this 132-page reference represents two years of work by the MCAA Executive Office and embodies all of the significant past and current cases involving the masonry industry and its trade practices.
The Manual is designed to acquaint MCAA Members and other users with their rights and responsibilities when a jurisdictional trade dispute occurs. Divided into 15 sections, the book includes a concise summary of the principal considerations that must be made along with supporting references on decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Provincial Labour Relations Boards in Canada.
"This is an invaluable business tool that every mason contractor in the United States and Canada should have immediately available for reference," commented George A. Miller, MCAA executive vice president.
Each MCAA Member, through his local Chapter, has been provided a copy of the Manual, also commonly referred to as the "Rose Book," at no charge. Additional copies are available at $4.00 each plus postage to Members, and $7.50 plus postage to non-members. Address orders to the MCAA Executive Office.
