Discusses cast stone manufactured from portland cement, aggregates, and colors; includes surface finishing, texturing, coloring, aggregate exposure, methods of attachment, and accessories. It does not cover architectural precast concrete.

Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (07240)

Concerns thermal insulation and finish systems applied to exterior walls, including insulation base material, reinforcing fabric, adhesives, base coat, finish coat, accessories, and fasteners. A discussion of field assembly, prefabrication, and erection of panelized components is also included.

Joint Fillers and Gaskets (07910)

Includes joint fillers, gaskets, and compression seals for exterior and interior moving and non-moving joints.

Sealants and Caulking (07920)

The glass faces of this Glass Block are substantially thicker than normal Glass Blocks. Firearms tests in Europe showed this block to be bullet resistant. An excellent choice to deter vandalism or break-ins. The FORTRESS block has a hollow low pressure center, which gives it good insulation qualities.
