TERRA COTTA BROCHURE
"Architectural Services: Terra Cotta, Cast Stone and Interior Plaster," a new brochure for building owners, architects and project managers, outlines specialized consultation services offered by the Ludowici Celadon Co., Inc.
The brochure gives information on the causes of the failure of terra cotta, cast stone and interior plaster ornamentation and details the Ludowici Celadon field consulting process.
The process culminates, according to the manufacturer, in a report covering the consultant's findings with regard to the extent and location of failed material; the most likely cause of failure; and where failed materials may represent a hazard. It also presents a suggested budget price for materials only for use in bidding in the event that the decision is made to repair or replace.
This new brochure is available free of charge from Ludowici Celadon Co., 4757 Tile Plant Road, New Lexington, OH 43764.

Instant Footing System
A complete foundation system of interlocking concrete masonry units, developed by the IDR Division of the National Concrete Masonry Association, is now available under the trade name IDR FOOTER BLOCK.
The FOOTER BLOCK System lowers costs and adds versatility to the layout of foundations. The interlocking footers are easy to reinforce and eliminate formwork and stripping.
Time is saved because there is no need to wait for footings to cure before starting foundation walls. Quality control is assured, because the system materials are factory-manufactured under stringent conditions.
The unit is also ideal for sites where access to large and heavy ready-mix concrete trucks is restricted or undesirable. Additional information can be secured from NCMA. P.O. Box 781. Herndon, VA 22070 or phone (703) 435-4900.
