MORGEN NEW

FOOT OPERATED
The tender on MORGEN scaffolding uses his body weight to raise heavier loads because MORGEN utilizes a foot operated ratchet winch instead of a hand crank to elevate the working platform.

BRACE-LESS TOWER SCAFFOLDING
THE BEST JUST GOT BETTER...

MORGEN 27' Brace-Less Scaffolding is yet another labor saving breakthrough from the industry leader in Adjustable Tower Scaffolding.

CUT LABOR COSTS!
With no braces in the working area, MORGEN Brace-Less eliminates the hassle of stocking material through the continuous vertical bracing required on other adjustable scaffolding. That can mean one less tender required per each 100 lineal feet of wall. The Brace-Less design combined with the standard foot-operated ratchet winch allows stocking of material in the full 6-foot 10-inch stocking width of each 7%-foot bay with no braces or hand crank to get in the way.

INCREASE STABILITY!
MORGEN Brace-Less 20-foot tower bases eliminate joints and pin/brace assemblies to dramatically increase rigidity. Rigid truss panels attached to the extreme top and bottom of the towers are the only bracing required. New symmetrical 6-foot wide bases have an extra 12-inches of width and 10-inches of depth for added stability.

IMPROVE SAFETY!
MORGEN Brace-Less is the safest adjustable tower scaffolding on the market. It is the only adjustable scaffolding that meets OSHA standards by providing a solidly planked platform with only one special-length plank required.

PLUS...
Brace-Less towers and components can be used with existing MORGEN carriages, winches, reversible platform supports, guardrail system and all other MORGEN accessories. For higher work, the 20-foot tower base is extended with standard MORGEN inserts and braces.

MORE
24 complete 27-foot Brace-Less towers, enough to scaffold 172 % feet, 27-feet high (4,657 square feet), can be transported on the MORGEN Scaffolding Trailer. A forklift can easily and quickly unload and set-up the Brace-Less towers using the forklift bracket.
