Your company can discriminate. You can put a different plan into effect for each executive or put a plan in for one executive and ignore all the other executives and all other employees too. In addition, you can design the plan to fit your exact requirements- both for the executive and your company. Important: Make sure you consult with a competent professional.

Masonry Focus at Three Day Conference
THE BOSTON SOCIETY of Architects recently held its annual conference and trade exposition. Masonry became the focus during the three day event for northeast design professionals. Masonry '91, a symposium at the conference, drew 175 architects, engineers, public and private building officials and contractors from throughout the U.S. and Canada.
"The masonry industry has a lot to feel proud about in the success of this symposium because the entire industry came together and helped underwrite key sessions and the costs of technical material distribution," according to Robert Rhault, principal of Archimediae and producer of the event. Other sponsors included the Mason Contractors Association of Massachusetts, the Boston Society of Architects, the New England Concrete Masonry Association and the International Masonry Institute.
Sponsored sessions included presentations on thin stone selection and panelization, cleaning masonry, effects of the 530 Code, metal studs/masonry veneer cavity wall systems, and detailing, waterproofing and inspection of brick buildings.
