This fast-paced event showcases the best masonry craftsmanship, the finest skillmanship and the overall speed of true mason artists. Come cheer these hard working, speed defying masons as they lay block like you have never seen before.

International Excellence in Masonry Awards Ceremony
The Mason Contractors Association of America will announce the winners of the Annual International Excellence in Masonry Competition. The purpose of this program is to give recognition to mason contractors, architects and engineers for outstanding accomplishments in masonry design and construction. All entries are displayed outside the MCAA headquarter hotel registration at the Sheraton World Resort.

1999 MCAA Annual Convention and Masonry Expo attendees will have the opportunity to attend five of the eight educational seminars designed to sharpen skills, increase awareness and earn greater profits. Topics offered are: "Masonry Restoration: Facade Stabilization & Veneer Reanchoring:" "What to Expect from the New IBC:" "Turnover Turmoil (And the Effect of Morale on Employee Longevity):" "Wall Bracing," "Prestressed Masonry: Design and Construction" and "Subcontracts: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You."

The MCAA PAC continues to work on Capitol Hill to protect the future of the masonry industry.
