Terry Kroeger

Terry Kroeger is President of Belden Brick Sales and Marketing. He is a member of the Bracing Council and currently serves as Chairman of the Technical Committee for the Mason Contractors Association of America.

Terry Mulligan

Terry Mulligan has been active in serving on local association boards and committees for decades. He has served as President of the Fox Valley Mason Contractors Association and has recently completed a term as Legislative Chairman for the Mason Contractors Association of America.

Richard Matthews

Having served as President of MCAA during two progressive and turbulent years, Richard Matthews laid the groundwork for a renaissance for mason contractors nationally. The groundwork for new national programs to recruit masons, training masons, impacting federal legislation and competing against alternate construction methods was laid during his tenure as National President. Even after serving in every officer capacity for the MCAA, he is still active with the national association by serving on numerous committees such as Membership, By-Laws and Nominating.

Matthews has also stayed very active as a moving force for the local MCA of Dayton. He currently serves as the chapter's Vice President and has previously served as its President for 17 years. He is currently Chairman of the Labor Negotiating Committee for both the Bricklayers and Laborers, Chairs the Institutes Annual Architectural Awards program and on numerous committees including Apprenticeship where he has been active in training apprentices. He is very active in helping to recruit new masons by attending numerous career days each year.

Matthews has also been deeply committed to promoting the industry while serving for 18 of the last 20 years as Chairman of the Masonry Institute of Dayton. He is most proud of the fact that Dayton has held architectural award programs every year for the past 20 years. A key accomplishment is the designing of a masonry highway sound barrier wall which is being used by the State of Ohio. Matthews is also involved in the United Way as past captain and in the Hospice Program.
