EASY TO INSTALL
1. Check that outer frame is plumb and level. Secure frame into form by nailing through the form and into wood supplied with bracing.
2. Once foundation has cured, cut away bracing using a handsaw.
3. Remove protective layer from two-faced tape. From the outside, position sash kit so that drainholes are at the bottom and the handle is facing in. Firmly press the sash kit into the outer frame so that the sash kit engages all the positioning clips. Listen for a sharp "ping" at each clip to ensure full engagement.
A solid foundation is paramount to any home. Our Series 650 basement window is the newest addition to our extensive product line that allows Superseal to meet all window needs from bottom to top.
The most impressive feature of the Series 650 is its simplified installation process. An integral drywall return offers pre-set positioning to install drywall around the window when foundation is being finished. The cut-away "buck" or form is easily chiseled away and a self-contained insert is easily dropped into place.
SERIES 650 Masonry Hopper Utility Window
Series 650 is durably constructed with corrosion resistant material enabling it to resist water and withstand higher than normal pressure. Full weather-stripping minimizes air-infiltration and the 650 will not rot, rust or retain moisture.
All windows can be tilted in, offering a cleaner, more modern look. A full screen offers 30% more ventilation than a similar sized slider and there are no tracks to keep clean.
The 650 meets all energy codes and achieves the highest forced entry resistance rating with a locking mechanism that ensures maximum security.
Conveniently available in white with 8", 10" and 12" projections sizes to choose from.
