The 2011 NCMCA Convention will be held in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The 2011 NCMCA Convention is just a few weeks away! Take a few moments to complete the convention registration forms to ensure that you and your guests don’t miss the fellowship and fun this spring at Kingston Plantation. Mark the dates: Thursday April 14 to Sunday April 17, 2011.

Make your room reservations direct with Kingston Plantation using the reservation request form. Hotel reservations and deposits are handled directly with the hotel and must be made before March 14, 2011 to ensure that you receive our special NCMCA convention room rates.

Fill out and return the NCMCA convention form to the NCMCA office. Note the option for “ala carte” registration, allowing you to register for only the events you plan to attend. Your best value still remains registering for the entire convention package. Credit card payments are not accepted, however, members in good standing may request to be invoiced. Spouse or guest attending as a member company representative should register at the “member/representative” rate.

Golfers should complete the separate golf registration form and include it with their NCMCA convention registration along with golf fees included in the total registration fee. Practice rounds are Friday and the EZ Grout / Grout Hog golf tournament is Saturday. Note the discounted golf fee with full convention registration.

The 2011 NCMCA Convention gets underway Thursday evening with the “TriSure Welcome to the Convention Party” featuring entertainer Justin Mychals. Friday morning, Oldcastle Adams Products sponsors a presentation by the team of activist Florida masonry contractor Jerry Painter and P.E, Rashod Johnson, talking about “ASTM and Why it Matters to You.” The Friday evening President’s reception, sponsored by McMahan Insurance & Employee Benefits, is a wonderful opportunity to meet old friends and to make new ones. Saturday morning is the Annual Business Meeting. Your Convention features a special Sat- urday “Spouse Event” hosted by NCMCA First Lady Deanie Kirby. The Annual NCMCA Convention Golf Tournament, sponsored by EZ Grout, is Saturday afternoon, featuring an EZ Grout Mud Hog MH-9 Mixer hole-in-one-prize val- ued at $4,895. Saturday evening, enjoy the closing banquet and dance the night away with Big Daddy Rhythm and The Heavyweights sponsored by CEMEX.
