Machine Recycles Materials to use as Fill

Damian Lang, owner of EZ Grout Corp., has introduced an onsite recycling attachment to reduce jobsite waste.??With many projects requiring any material brought to the jobsite be left on that site, rather than excess or waste hauled offsite, Lang developed an affordable alternative to huge crushing machines for the small to midsize contractor.

The Hog Crusher attaches to skid steer and crushes most jobsite materials such as asphalt, un-reinforced concrete, brick and block down to useable size of about two inches or smaller. Powered by hydraulics, the operator simply tilts the hopper, drives into the pile of block, asphalt, or un-reinforced concrete to load, and tilts the hopper upright. The crushing rotor goes to work breaking down the material with carbide bits.

The Hog Crusher can be used on any size project as a green alternative to hauling road waste, asphalt, concrete and block offsite to a dump location. The first units rolled off the production line in early-July and are being shipped to various states across the United States. Lang sees potential for this product on jobsites ranging from road construction to building demolition and construction. For more information, call EZ Grout at 888-344-7688, ext 22.
