Architects for this project were Edwards and Portman with Holder Construction Co. the General Contractor. Each of the Rich firm's six stores in the Atlanta area utilize a large amount of masonry on their exterior.

965 Horizon Homes Winner
A Salt Lake City home builder was awarded top honors for his entry in the Concrete Industries 1965 International Horizon Homes competition. His nine-room, single-level house is a classic example of what a skillful craftsman can produce with thoughtful application of a basic building material.
Vern C. Hardman, Jr., representing Research Homes, Inc., will receive in recognition of his winning entry in the 1965 International Horizon Homes competition, a trip for two to any place in the world.
