Yes, you're right, it's the Milwaukee delegation cheering on the Braves. During the recent MCAA Convention in Atlanta special arrangements were made to visit the new Stadium and to look over the home of the Braves. It was last reported that agreement had been reached-Atlanta can keep the Braves, but the new stadium goes to Milwaukee.

But the three-year rule won't always protect you adequately. Where income is understated by 25% or more, the IRS has six years in which to ask for your records and reexamine them. When you sell an asset, the three years starts with the sale. If you inherit property, evidence of its estate tax value must be kept for three years after the date of disposal.
