Silent Glow Purchased

Alan J. Stone, President of Stone Construction Equipment, Inc., Honeoye, N. Y. and Roland Dowd, Vice President of Silent Glow Corporation, Hartford, Conn. have jointly announced the purchase of the Silent Glow Portable Heater line by Stone Construction Equipment Inc. The purchase involved inventory, equipment, technical know how and over 19 U.S. and Canadian patents.


Omark Standardizes Label

Omark Industries soon will standardize the label on all of its diamond-edge blades, abrasive cutting blades and diamond core bits.

According to Leonard Isaacs, marketing services manager of Omark's Construction Tool Division, the eye-catching label prominently features the red Omark Industries symbol.

"The label is designed to convey the image of quality, and will make it easier for users to identify our diamond products wherever they are sold across the United States," said Isaacs. The black, red and white labels will appear on all diamond product lines.
