MCAA Summer Board Meeting
(Continued from page 15) Bearing Masonry Construction was summarized by Paul Rosensteel.
The Board adopted the budget for the Association presented by James Lonie of the Finance Committee.
Fishing and sun bathing were the main items on the agenda for Sunday afternoon, June 22nd, during the recent Summer Executive Board. The fishing was, to put it mildly, poor-but the sun bathing was tremendous.
With all business before it completed, the Board adjourned at 1:15 P.M.
Closing out the meeting was an enjoyable outdoor cookout. Sponsoring the refreshment was the Pittsburgh Corning Corp. Presentation of the various golf trophies and gifts was made by Robert Rawlins and Fred Daues.
Brick Craftsmanship Display
William R. Conners, Secretary, B.M.&P.I.U., right, and Frank Smith, 8th Vice President, second from right, extol the merits of brick to Undersecretary of Labor James Hodgson and "Bill" Schnitzler at the recent AFL-CIO Union Industries Show held in Denver. The BM & PIU display showed excellent examples of mansonry craftsmanship.
