Duncan, who was the owner of C.L.D., has joined Safway as Manager of all Northern California sales and rental operations. Duncan, a graduate of Menlo School of Business Administration, has been owner and acting manager of C.L.D. since 1958. The firm had been a distributor of Safway scaffold and shoring products for a number of years prior to the acquisition. The combined organizations will operate out of two locations a new branch facility at 3601 Thomas Road in




Santa Clara, and a new office and warehouse at 2277 Shafter Avenue in San Francisco. "The new quarters will enable us to more efficiently handle and service our customers' requirements," stated Stetzelberger.

Safway Steel Products Expands
Acquisition of C.L.D. Equipment Company, Santa Clara, California, by Safway Steel Products, a Division of A-T-O Inc., has been announced by W. P. Stetzelberger, Division President. C.L.D.
