ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mr. Jerry G. Pope is currently the Manager of Special Construction Projects for the Hensel Phelps Construction Company. The fact that he has been responsible for estimating and bidding over one billion dollars worth of construction work in the past thirteen years makes him well qualified to author this manual. He was also the instructor at the recent CMCA estimating seminar in Denver.
