Masonry Cost Manual Developed for CMCA

A new working tool has been developed for Colorado Mason Contractors Association members by Jerry Pope of the Hensel Phelps Co. It is a masonry cost manual designed especially for mason contractors and not to be confused with the "cost comparison" booklet published by the Colorado Masonry Institute.

The CMCA cost manual breaks down the costs of labor and material, giving a total square foot cost estimate for more than 130 types of masonry walls. The information has been updated to include the latest projected increases in labor and material.

The publication will be available to CMCA members shortly. Non-members wishing copies may contact the CMCA office, 3003 E. 3rd Ave., Suite 304, Denver, Colo. 80206, for information about the selling price.
