The FREE HEAT MACHINE draws in cool room air by means of two built-in blowers. The cool air is forced through a series of C-shaped tubes, which serve as the grate. Thus, as air passes through the tubes, it goes under, behind, and over the fire where it is warmed for re-entry into the room at the rate of 160 cubic feet per minute. Smoke and gasses from the fire escape up the chimney, while the clean, heated air returns into the home. The glass doors and draft control prevent heated room air from being drawn into the fireplace and wasted up the chimney.
