Michael Farr. Jr., 60, president of Michael Farr & Associates, Mason Contractors, Columbus, Ohio, died April 10, 1980. Mr. Farr was fatally shot by a robber during a holdup attempt in the parking lot of a large shopping center in Columbus. His wife, Helen, witnessed the incident but was not injured.
Mr. Farr was a member of the MCA Columbus Chapter and had been active in the affairs of the Association. He had been engaged in the mason contracting business for the past 25 years.
Mr. Farr is survived by his wife: his mother: three sisters; several nieces and nephews; a step-son, and a step-daughter.
