A new connector to facilitate the erection of curved or straight glass block panels has been introduced by Mayer Equity. Weakening of masonry wall ties, or their omission during original construction, can lead to dangerous and costly instability in walls. Ties are available in various lengths to bridge different size cavities and to accommodate backup anchoring into concrete block, concrete, metal and wooden studs. Outriggers now available for the Gradall 534B-6 and 5348-8 Material Handlers increase the machines' capacity at reach by 49% and enhance operating safety in rough terrain without significantly reducing ground clearance. Individually controlled from the cab, the outriggers do not restrict or reduce operator visibility. Unlike axle mounted outriggers, the Gradall frame-mounted units do not interfere with the machine's ability to move through mud.
