The scaffolding system
designed for today's needs.
Engineered to safely handle loads up to 10,000 pounds, the HYDRO-MOBILE scaffolding system reduces production costs up to 40% while ensuring workers' maximum safety. This ingenious system improves working conditions for masonry work, and on other job sites where sturdy scaffolding is needed. To eliminate manual handling of the steel cross sections and planks used on conventional work platforms, the HYDRO-MOBILE main platform and accessories are designed to be manipulated by lift-truck or crane, thus reducing manpower and assembly time by more than 60%. A simple hydraulic system, powered by a 5-HP motor, raises and lowers the platform on demand. This eliminates the need for cable winch pulleys and gears which often get jammed or damaged. To provide maximum security, platforms, footbridges and extensions have a sturdy, no-slip wire grid floor. This system is the most versatile on the market and can match any building or structural configuration.
Compare and see why HYDRO-MOBILE is THE solution building contractors have been looking for:
* Reduces production costs up to 40%
* 10,000 lbs/1360 kg load capacity
* Can reach up to 300'/91.5m
* 24' x 7'/7.32 x 2.13 m work platform
* 5'6"/1.67 m removable extensions
* 20'/6.09 m bridges
* No plank required on main platform
* Adaptable to any configuration
* Designed to work with handling equipment.
Safety First
One of the main attractions of the HYDRO-MOBILE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM is its extremely safe operation. Contrary to conventional platforms where the working area is limited, bricklayers have access to a platform of generous dimensions (24ft x 7ft). Moreover the HYDRO-MOBILE platforms are both solid and extremely stable due to their anti-skating metal grating.
The system allows workers to move vertically: the direct action mechanism moves up or down in a smooth and gradual manner at a height of between 10 to 20 inches at a time. It also moves horizontally due to a wheel system geared specifically for ease of movement.
Thanks to this ingenious design, operating the HYDRO-MOBILE is reduced to a minimum which greatly enhances its safety, a feature not offered by other conventional systems.
