SOUTHWESTERN BELL
SOUTHWESTERN BELL, the winner of the Restoration and Rehab category, wanted to reface existing walls of limestone that matched the previous wall erected in 1926. Indiana Limestone was chosen for both the refacing, and also on the addition that extends from the south wall (pictured above).
THIS OFFICE BUILDING
THIS OFFICE building, designed by Weinstein & Associates, was created to fit into what was once a residential area of Victorian houses. A portal created by a free standing brick wall, (above) leads to the lobby, while exposure of the wall's edges reveals the true "cladding" nature of its construction. This project won first place in the Industrial/Commercial category of Excellence in Masonry.
