A Call For ENTRIES
MASONRY MAGAZINE'S
International Excellence In Masonry
The International Excellence in Masonry Awards is sponsored by Masonry Magazine, the official publication of the Mason Contractors Association of America and the Canadian Masonry Contractors Association. Its purpose is to give recognition, on an international scale, to mason contractors, architects and engineers for outstanding accomplishments in masonry design and construction. The building of masonry projects gives testimony to the quality and grandeur of masonry, and also serves to spotlight the masonry industry and its exciting tradition as an architectural material.
ELIGIBILITY:
(1) Any registered architect or mason contractor may enter projects.
(2) Projects may only be entered twice over a three year period.
(3) Architectural projects must be constructed and completed during the period of September 1, 1992 and September 1, 1995, and must be constructed primarily of masonry, including stone, which is exposed to view.
REGISTRATION:
(1) Entry fee: $150.00 for the first entry and $125.00 for each additional entry.
(2) Complete the registration form and mail to Excellence in Masonry with your check.
(3) Registration form with payment must be received no later than November 15, 1995. Materials must be sent by November 30, 1995.
CLASSIFICATION:
Projects are to be classified by the entrant.
Residential
Rehab/Restoration
Education/Governmental
Industrial/Commercial
Pavers/Retaining Walls/Landscape
Miscellaneous
Mixed use entries (part commercial, part housing, for example) should be classified according to the larger function.
