All Weather Anchoring
The First "All-Weather" Anchoring Adhesive - ITW Ramset/Red Head's EPCON Adhesive Anchoring Systems has introduced Acrylic 7, the first "all-weather anchoring adhesive that flows freely down to 0° F, cures fast, has minimal shrinkage and high loading capacity. Acrylic 7 is a two-part, all-weather adhesive specially designed for anchoring, doweling and pinning applications. It can be used in concrete with all grades of threaded rod, reinforcing steel, EPCON screen tubes and inserts and is suitable for applications in solid or hollow masonry. Polymer Coating
Concrete Polymer Coating is a new and unique two part polymer coating which adheres aggressively to dry or damp concrete and that cures by a chemical reaction chaining process to a high density, non porous surface to seal out all moisture. The hard, slick surface is long lasting and will not crack or peel away from the concrete when mixed and applied properly. In its cured state Concrete Polymer Coating is non-degradable and environmentally friendly, maintains its performance in a temperature range of-80 F to +225 F and is resistant to many chemicals including salt water. Concrete Polymer Coating soaks into the pores of the concrete surface or any tightly bonded old coating and then hardens through a chemical reaction to become a part of the concrete itself. The resulting hard surface cannot be separated from the concrete by moisture and will not crack or peel. Since Concrete Polymer Coating cures or "sets up" by a chemical reaction chaining process (not a drying process) and since unique High Performance curing agents are used in our special formulation it is not affected by moisture and will soak into dry or damp concrete and cure to become an integrated part of the concrete itself. Concrete Polymer Coating is available in Gray. Black and Green and can be produced in other colors if quantities justify.
