Rechargeable Screwdriver, 50-Piece Screw Driving Bit KitRechargeable Screwdriver, 50-Piece Screw Driving Bit Kit

Hammerhead’s 4V Lithium Rechargeable Screwdriver combines a cordless screwdriver, wire strippers, non-contact live-wire voltage detector, and LED work light all into one. The Hammerhead HCSD040 4V rechargeable screwdriver can detect current from up to one inch away, which it communicates with both a buzzing noise and a rapidly blinking red light. It will detect voltage at an outlet; when in proximity to live wires within an electrical box; or from an object plugged into an active circuit. The Hammerhead 50-Piece Screw Driving Bit Kit has a Bit Grip magnetic collar. It works on any two-inch bit. Bit Grip system lets you truly perform one-handed fastening by using a magnetic collar with a more expensive rare earth magnet that has a holding force four times stronger than insert bit holders using standard magnets. http://hammerheadtools.com

Hilti Cordless drill driver SF 10W-A18Hilti Cordless drill driver SF 10W-A18

The new Hilti Cordless drill driver SF 10W-A18 is the first cordless tool to deliver corded performance and reliability for high-torque and high-speed applications. In high-torque applications, like four-inch hole saw drilling in wood or metal, this drill driver performs as if it were corded. Users have more options to improve drilling performance, due to more rpm options. This allows them to shift into high gear and punch one-inch holes through multiple layers of plywood. With its high-efficiency motor, all-metal gears and high 1,062 inch-pound torque, this tool can drill holes through wood as fast as a corded version, making extension cords a thing of the past. These tools are built to withstand tough jobsite conditions and are covered by Hilti Lifetime Service, which provides wear and tear coverage for tools, batteries and charger for two years, three years on fleet management. This includes an unlimited number of battery replacements for these periods. www.us.hilti.com

Precision Solutions with Laser InstrumentsPrecision Solutions with Laser Instruments

Makita has introduced three precision laser instruments for various stages of construction. The new laser instruments include the Self-Leveling Combination Cross-Line/Point Laser (SK103PZ), as well as the Laser Distance Measure 164’ (LD050P) and Laser Distance Measure 262’ (LD080P). The new Self-Leveling Combination Cross-Line/Point Laser (SK103PZ) gives contractors one instrument for all laser needs within a 50-foot distance range requirement. The SK103PZ provides all possible reference lines required in leveling, aligning, plumbing and squaring applications. The Combination Cross-Line & Point Laser capability of SK103PZ will eliminate the need to invest in various multi-directional laser types that would otherwise have to be purchased and handled separately. The new Laser Distance Measure 164’ (LD050P) and Laser Distance Measure 262’ (LD080P) offer a fast and convenient solution to distance measuring applications that would otherwise require multiple steps to achieve. Compared to conventional tape measuring methods, laser distance measures provide unmatched levels of productivity and sophistication to various measuring applications. www.makitatools.com
