MK Diamond Acquires Sawtec
MK Diamond Products Inc. acquired the Sawtec brand from Blastrac NA. The Sawtec brand provides contractors with a range of dust-free tools and grinding accessories for surface preparation and concrete repair. Sawtec will be marketed as a sub-brand of MK Diamond, which will preserve its successful reputation and brand identity within the construction industry.

The acquisition combines one of the oldest family-owned leaders of cutting tools with a new line of products for surface preparation.

The Sawtec product line will include surface preparation equipment, dust-free tools for cutting and widening joints, grinding accessories and shrouds.
