Bartell Morrison Inc. Acquires Independent Diamond Products LLC

Bartell Morrison Inc. acquired Independent Diamond Products of Keyport, N.J, additionally forming Bartell Morrison (USA) LLC. Independent Diamond Products offers a full line of diamond tools to the construction equipment industry through Equipment Rental, AED and STAFDA, as well as the lumber and industrial markets. Independent Diamond will operate as a trade name of Bartell Morrison and will be added to the Bartell, Morrison and Nexus product lines. Jeff Durgin will assume the position of president for Bartell Morrison (USA) LLC. Brian DePaul will assume the position of national sales manager for all the Bartell Morrison (USA) product lines. Bartell Morrison (USA) LLC will continue to operate from the newly expanded Keyport, N.J., location. In Canada, Bartell Morrison Inc. has just finished an expansion, doubling their production facility in Mississauga, Ont. Bartell Morrison is comprised of two brands, Bartell and Morrison. The Bartell brand consists of walk behind power trowels, ride-on power trowels, vibratory plate compactors, surface preparation machines and diamond blades. The Morrison line includes truss screeds, uni screed, power buggy, power sprayer, material spreader and internal eccentric vibrators.
