Cub Cadet Tractor
Pictured is the new 14 hp International 147 Cub Cadet lawn and garden tractor with hydrostatic drive just introduced by International Harvester Company. Increasing the 1970 line to six models, the 147 Cub Cadet is equipped with extra-wide flotation tires, full-length steel frame, electric lift, optional 3-point hitch, and below-zero rapid starting. Hydrostatic drive gives one-lever fingertip control of forward or reverse, infinite speed selection and braking. The company also offers models in the 7, 10 and 12 hp class plus the 15 hp Cub 154 Lo-Boy, available with a 48 or 60-inch rotary mower, and a 42 or 60-inch wide rotary cutter.

Vinyl Corner Bead
Vinyl corner bead for plastered walls has just been added to the expanding product line of building products made by Rimar Manufacturing, Inc. This new product overcomes the problems inherent in metal bead.
Rimar corner bead is 100% plastic, so it can't rust-even in damp, salt air. This means that the corners of finished walls will never become discolored due to rust or corrosion. You can chip the paint off a white-colored wall without being able to detect the white plastic corner bead that's exposed.
Job-site damage is virtually eliminated with this tough, resilient product. When stepped on or severely flexed, it springs back to its original shape. And since it is of one-piece construction, there is no danger that the nose portion will work loose or pull off as with plastic-nosed beads.

New Masonry Saw
The first major change in masonry saw design in over a decade is claimed by Norton Construction Products Division of Clipper Manufacturing Co., Inc. The radically different design of the new Clipper masonry saws provides more accurate cutting and longer blade life for masonry building contractors and for refractory masons in industrial applications. Extra strength without added weight is claimed for the unique "unitized saw frame.
The heavy steel rear stanchions (upper extensions of the rear legs upon which the cutting head is mounted) help maintain saw alignment by reducing the possibility of frame damage on the job. Steel skids, rather than the traditional wooden skids, are an integral part of the frame. Bearings at necessary pivot points assure longer saw alignment and more accurate cutting.
