Adventureland
If a South Seas cruise or a jungle safari seems like a
different mood, the Florida Sunshine Pavilion offers the
antics of the enchanted birds, flowers and tiki gods who
perform a wondrous show in the Tropical Serenade.
Frontierland
One quick turn brings explorers to frontier America-
the Old West. On the Rivers of America, Davy Crockett
canoes circle Tom Sawyer's Island while log rafts carry
other guests to the island itself where they find Injun Joe's
Cave, the Magnetic Mystery Mine and Fort Sam Clemens.
On the mainland, the zaniest troup of singing bears ever
seen are brought to life by Audio-Animatronics in the fam-
ous Country Bear Jamboree. Nearby, sharpshooters prac-
tice at the Frontierland Shooting Gallery.
Liberty Square
Across Liberty Bridge is the kind of land where Amer-
ica's destiny took shape. Beneath Liberty Oak, a colorful
fife and drum corps parades regularly. Inside the impressive
colonial Hall of Presidents all 36 of the nation's chief
executives are presented on stage in life-like realism as
Abraham Lincoln delivers a memorable address.
Nearby sternwheel steamboats and Mike Fink keelboats
embark for journeys on the Rivers of America, while high
on the hill the ominous Haunted Mansion presents the
liveliest collection of ghosts ever assembled another of
Walt Disney World's most popular Audio-Animatronics at-
tractions.
Most popular among the Magic Kingdom's live enter-
tainment features is the sparkling Diamond Horseshoe
Revue.
Fantasyland
The happiest land of all lies through the portico of
Cinderella Castle. Visiting knights and ladies ride Cinder-
ella's golden carrousel or Dumbo the flying elephant. They
can fly in Peter Pan's Flight, journey into the Seven Dwarfs'
mine on Snow White's Adventure or ride bumpy byways
in Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.
Captain Nemo's Submarines take adventurers on a
thrilling voyage "20,000 leagues under the sea" while
others sail the Seven Seaways through "It's a Small World"
where animated figures sing and dance to the music of
lands around the globe.
All the Disney characters take part in a gala musical
concert in the Mickey Mouse Revue, another favorite
Audio-Animatronics attraction.
Tomorrowland
Past jet-powered fountains, guests enter a world always
on the move, the always changing world of tomorrow. It
offers such unique attractions as a Flight to the Moon, a
CircleVision production of "Magic Carpet 'Round the
World" with scenes of many exotic lands plus the enter-
taining journey on "If You Had Wings" with the experience
of Caribbean travel.
The Grand Prix Raceway offers drivers a chance to pit
their skill over a winding race course beneath the elevated
beamways of the PeopleMover now under construction.
Several other attractions are scheduled to be added in
Tomorrowland within a few months including the enter-
taining Carousel of Progress, with its rotating theaters,
and the spectacular Space Mountain, which will offer the
thrill of space-racing downhill through the giant cone
which already dominates Tomorrowland's skyline. To-
morrowland and Fantasyland are joined by the overhead
Skyway providing a bird's-eye view of the entire area.
All this is only the beginning of a day in the Magic
Kingdom. There are fascinating antique shops, oriental
bazaars and gift shops a choice of 29 themed restaurants
and snack facilities and musical entertainment of every
kind including daily parades and concerts by the famed
Disney characters.
All these and more go into the magic of a visit to Walt
Disney World's Magic Kingdom. So start planning now to
attend the '75 MCAA Convention & Show. It'll be Feb-
ruary 19 before you know it!
