ABOUT

The Mason Contractors Association of America (MCAA) is the national trade association representing mason contractors. The MCAA is committed to preserving and promoting the masonry industry by providing continuing education, advocating fair codes and standards, fostering a safe work environment, recruiting future manpower, and marketing the benefits of masonry materials.

Since 1950, the MCAA has educated, trained, and represented the mason contractor. The MCAA promotes the use of masonry, recruits and assists in training of the industry’s workforce, impacts federal legislative and standard issues affecting contractors, and provides educational programs for the key employees of member firms.

Through strong programs, publications, and services, the MCAA promotes the interests of its members. By promoting the use of masonry, influencing reasonable codes and standards, workforce development and public affairs, the association actively advances the use of masonry.

MCAA CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS
That we, engaged in the Masonry Construction Industry and being desirous of associating ourselves together in order to promote and encourage greater cooperation between employers and employees, to promote the general welfare of all, to protect and advance our industry, to promote and encourage a better understanding, friendship and closer relationship among ourselves and our employees, to encourage and aid in the education of apprentices in our industry, to the end that conditions in our industry become stabilized and made more uniform in practice, thereby creating greater effectiveness in the industry, do now adopt, declare and establish this Constitution for our said organization and as declaratory of its purpose.

MCAA CODE OF ETHICS
Endeavor to develop and maintain within the masonry industry, a high appreciation of the objectives and responsibilities of the Mason Contractors Association of America.

MCAA CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY
The Mason Contractors Association of America has created the following statement of policy that applies to each director, member of a Board Committee, and employee of Mason Contractors Association of America.

MCAA DOCUMENT RETENTION POLICY
The Mason Contractors Association of America has adopted the following record retention policy for the systematic retention and destruction of documents based on statutory or regulatory record-keeping requirements and practical business needs.

MCAA WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to provide all Mason Contractors Association of America Board members, committee members and staff with guidelines for the reporting of unethical or illegal behavior by MCAA Board members, committee members, or staff.
