According to Mr. Seling the acquisition will allow National Wire to produce a number of additional masonry reinforcement and accessory products.

Ty-Wal has two plants, one in Baltimore, the other in Birmingham, Alabama. The Alabama facility will enable National Wire to expand.

National Wire is the largest U.S. manufacturer of welded wire products for reinforcing concrete and masonry and is the only such company whose production capabilities extend from hot metal, through galvanizing wire, to finished products.
