QUALITY REVOLUTION
Continued from Page 14

The Mason Contractors Association of America has implemented the Masonry Quality Institute-an intense, two day seminar for mason contractors and procedures geared to teach them how to implement the quality process. To date, five sessions have been held and seventy-five mason contractors have attended. The response has been so positive that additional sessions are being planned for the fall.

The quality revolution has begun and it must be a part of your immediate agenda. MCAA has given you the opportunity. We hope you take it.

AL ROACH AND MIKE Callahan are founders and owners of Callahan/Roach and Associates, a quality consulting and training organization. They both served on the MCAA/NCMA Quality Task Team that developed the Masonry Quality Institute. Callahan/Roach and Associates have offices in Columbus, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia.
