MCAA President Grant Gives
"State of the Association Address"
MCAA President Donald C. Grant presented his "State of the Association Address" to the more than 200 people gathered at the Opening Session Breakfast. "To me, real leadership is the ability to see a vision and inspire others to achieve that bold vision. To motivate others when they would otherwise choose to quit," said Grant. "Leadership is the men and women who donate their time at their own expense to serve on industry committees, task force groups and elective office of the MCAA and local chapters.... leadership is the MCAA." In his Report of the President, he outlines the major accomplishments that MCAA achieved during the past year. Printed copies of his report are available from the MCAA.
