Simple

As a simple solution to weld plate installation:

Self Aligning - Positioning the weld plate flush with the block front.

Self Adjusting - They will flex to fit most standard block wall thicknesses.

Out of the Way - Fitting flush to the wall, they will not catch on clothes or equipment.
